technical writing – Manager & writer

I'm currently a director of technical documentation and localization in Silicon Valley.

I started technical writing and web design while at Carnegie Mellon University,
where I received undergraduate and graduate degrees.

I arrived in Silicon Valley as a senior technical writer, quickly moving into project management.

After seven years, I was given my first teams to manage, and have continued managing since
while often writing some projects myself.

I have quickly onboarded into a broad range of technology areas,
as well as many authoring tools and systems.
